The Transitional Housing Program provides an affordable supportive housing program for twenty people, in single occupancy rooms. PROGRAM IS CLOSING LATE 2018/EARLY 2019
The Transitional Housing Program is located at 2307 43st. Twenty rooms are available to men and women who are homeless or seeking stable, interim housing. Residents are required to develop a case plan with a case worker and are supported to achieve their goals. A monthly fee is charged for participating in the program. Residents are able to access all services and programs delivered through the Society. Referrals and assistance to community resources and programs is provided.

- 19 years of age or older
- Willing and motivated to work towards stability
- Must have a secure source of income (B.C. benefits, pension or employment)
Work BC Employment Program: Available to residents upon entry to the program.
Homeless Outreach Provider Program: HOP staff can assist Transitional Housing residents in finding subsidized or market rent housing in the community.
