The Supported Housing Program uses a harm reduction model and is therapy based. This is a residential, long term program for men and women who wish to make an ultimate commitment to a sober, healthy lifestyle. Must be willing to participate in an honest supportive environment geared towards community.

The Creekside Harm Reduction Supported Housing Program is a residential program with private rooms which accommodates 9 men and women. Participants attend two meetings a day throughout the week and are encouraged to attend meetings in the community as well. There is assistance in dealing with physical and mental health as well as legal issues, education, training and employment opportunities.

Residents in the program must make a minimum three month commitment. The complete program is nine months with the first three months focused on dealing with underlying issues contributing to addiction. The following three months are focused in maintaining sobriety and developing a healthy lifestyle. The final three months is the participant’s time to continue with ongoing recovery and reintegrate back into the larger community. Accommodations and all meals are included with a $95 per month comfort allowance. There is an ongoing admission process.

BILL’S PLACE, ADDICTION’S RECOVERY PROGRAM

Bill’s Place programs are based on the Bio/Psycho/Social Model and 12 Step Model of Recovery, addressing the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual deterioration that occurs from the use of mood-altering chemicals and behaviors. Through abstinence combined with the help of other support groups, Bill’s Place will provide the structure necessary for residents to grow in their sobriety, and personal recovery.

HAVEN PLACE, SOBER LIVING PROGRAM

Haven Place believes in the long term recovery process, and encourages individuals to join us in that process. Our Sober Living Community provides a stable, positive, monitored atmosphere that allows women and men to continue on their journey of recovery with others who share similar goals, beliefs, and accountability. Living close to their sober  sisters and brothers considerably increases the chance for long term recovery.
